  • Are our bags suitable for carry-on luggage on planes? While in general, our bags can be classified as carry-on, size requirements may vary between Airlines for which we strongly suggest to refer to the applicable carrier specifications for the latest dimensional guidelines.

    • Qantas - One standard piece / one small piece classification (56cm x 36cm x 23cm); both Domestic & International flights

  • Do the gym bags have specific compartments? Yes, our range of bags have a shoe compartment so your clothes do not get dirty or stained because of your shoes!

 

  • Do you ship Australia-wide? Yes, we service Australia and New Zealand primarily.

 

  • How can customers track their orders? Customers are kept up to date in every step of the order fulfilment, from the moment of order receipt and confirmation until delivery.   • How should the bags be cleaned or maintained? In general, to ensure a good condition of our product:
    • Wipe the exterior with a damp cloth to clean dirt or stains.
    • Air out the bags after trips to prevent odors.
    • Avoid overloading to maintain the durability of the fabric and zippers
